Acupuncture services in British Columbia are exempt from GST.
Please Note: Herbal Medicine may be subject to GST depending on the nature of the service or product. For more information, please consult with your practitioner.

Standard acupuncture sessions (50 minutes or more) generally include synergystic modalities such as electrostim, TECAR, cupping etc.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and allow 10-15 minutes post treatment for rest and recovery.
Direct Billing
In most cases, we can bill your insurance provider directly, saving you the hassle of paying upfront and submitting claims yourself. Instead of paying for your treatments out of pocket, the clinic handles the paperwork and submits the claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Policies and plans vary depending upon the coverage package and range from partial deductible payments to 100 percent coverage.

MasterCard, Visa and cash. Most insurance is accepted.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
